Beemin is a one-person studio, and that's on purpose. You won't be handed off to a sales rep or an account manager. The person you talk to is the person who builds your site.
I focus on local service businesses because a good website for a painter or a landscaper has one job: make it easy for the right customers to reach you.

What will it cost in total?
$750 for the website itself. Your domain name and hosting are separate ongoing costs, and I'll tell you the exact amounts in writing before we start.
What counts as a revision?
A revision round is one set of changes you send me together. The starter includes two rounds. Small fixes after launch, like a typo, are on me.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and your text and photos stay yours.
What about updates after launch?
The starter doesn't include ongoing maintenance. If you want regular updates, I can quote a simple monthly plan, or make one-off changes when you need them.
How long does it take?
It depends mostly on how quickly I get your photos and details. I'll give you a target launch date in the agreement.
Can we talk on the phone?
Absolutely. Call or email, whichever works best for you. Plenty of business owners would rather talk it through, and I'm happy to.
